Nice trip to Barnsley
Got a good deal from Brownstone. Traveled over from Ireland. Andy was very helpful sending a video and answering all my questions before agreeing a price over the phone. The car was as advertised. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks to Lloyd for his courtesy on arrival at Barnsley train station. Would definitely deal with these gents again.

New commuter from a friendly company
Very pleasant experience! Needed a new work commuter at fairly short notice when my trusted Colt needed to retire, this was definitely the right place to go. After a week searching a wide area I found a motor here, and from the word go communication and the overall experience was very much stress free. The Meriva i went to see was cleaned and polished and ready to view, and looking every bit as cared for as was described. Offered a test drive and good look around, got exactly what i had came to see with no "sales talk" just genuine honest information and a friendly warm welcome. Would highly recommend a view at any of there cars, although a smaller company than most on Autotrader the trade off is quality and genuine commitment to the customer experience ; it is not profit or sales driven. Have kept in touch since the sale - the car is running a dream and the after-sales support is top notch. Many thanks

Brownstone Motors did us proud
The car I bought, a Citroen DS3, was ready for us and in good condition when we visited for a test drive. When we collected and paid for it a week later, it had been MOT'd, serviced and well prepared. The whole procedure was as smooth as any I've experienced and we were given every assistance with the necessary paperwork and government formalities. When the occasion arises, we would be happy to deal with Brownstone Motors again and recommend friends to visit them if they are advertising a car they're looking for.

Exceptional service
Exceptional customer care, help and advise. We purchased our van from Brownstone Motors business , the person we dealt with pulled out all the stops to ensure the van was delivered to us (5 hour journey away) in time for our holiday. He really did go above and beyond what you would normally expect from a garage. The van was exactly as pictured and described, what more can you say, outstanding service, would definitely recommend.

Unrivalled Customer Service
From initial contact until my purchased vehicle arrived on my driveway, the car buying process at Brownstone Motors was effortless. Excellent customer service and after purchase care package. Vehicle came with 18 months warranty and full service & MOT...and was delivered to my driveway within a few working days! Great service, easy to get hold of
Would highly recommend Brownstone Motors to anyone. Salesman was very friendly and easy to approach. No pushy selling and happy to report every part of the history that he was aware of. Aftercare service so far has been great. Had an issue with the aircon. He appologised it wasn't working properly but hadn't been aware as hadn't needed to use it. No hesitation in offering to send money to cover re-gassing. I sent a message late in the evening not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded to me within minutes. True customer service! Had the car delivered to me. His driver let him down but he took it on himself to drive 4 hours instead of rearranging another date. Photos were very helpful and nothing hidden or covered. Ultimately, very happy with the service I have received.

Service with a smile!
We received a great service from Brownstone. He stayed late on a Sunday evening for us to view the vehicle and liased constantly with us the following week. When we picked up the vehicle everything that we asked to be done to it had been done and it was gleaming. Lloyd sorted a warranty at our local Landrover Dealer and we are over the moon with our new wheels'

Great service
Bought a range rover from brownstone motors ( lloyd ). From start to finish lloyd has helped us nothing has been too much trouble for him, weve had a few problems with the car after we bought it ( not lloyds fault ) but he has bent over backwards to sort them out for us, this tells me what sort of bloke he is ( top bloke ). He just wants his customers happy. When we need another car ill always be asking lloyd first. Highly recommend.

Perfect car buying experience
I have bought many cars but never has it been such a nice experience. Highly recommend this garage I have been driving my mini for a couple of weeks, it is a fantastic car, I keep trying to find excuses to drive it. I am so pleased with it that I have already asked Lloyd to look out for another Mini for my partner. Lloyd is an expert in his field and a pleasure to do business with.

Lloyd at Brownstone Motors was excellent from start to finish when buying a 2012 Range Rover Sport. It was immaculate and well presented. When i arrived, Lloyd gave me the keys and left me to look around the car for over 30 mins. I took it for a test drive and was very happy at that point to buy the car. I collected the car the following week as he wanted to Service and MOT it to ensure everything was right for me. He also picked me up from the station, with the car being ready after swift payment for my drive home. The whole buying process was easy and there was no pressure at all. There were a few minor issues with the car, I spoke to Lloyd he said just get it fixed and paid the cost with no hesitation and he also loaned me a car whilst he retained the Range Rover and returned it to me a week later. I will certainly look to purchase again from Lloyd when buying another car and cannot recommend him enough. An overall excellent experience.

"Above and beyond" customer service
I always think that the true measure of people and businesses is how you are treated when things aren't going to plan. That was the case here with a last minute glitch as the car was being serviced. Lloyd, the owner, went above and beyond to drive across the Peak District and give up a whole evening to make sure I had a car to use until my purchase was fully serviced and ready. Throughout the purchase process Brownstone have been trustworthy, honest and focused on making sure the purchase process was enjoyable. I would certainly recommend to friends.

We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Lloyd, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The car was presented immaculately, while the minor issues that needed sorting out were completed without any fuss. Lloyd personally dropped the car to us, a two-hour round trip, when it was ready for good measure. He is a gent, who operates a first-class service and sells some lovely motors.
